Returns Policy

Unwanted Products

At AdaVapes, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. You can return an unwanted product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it's still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods complements your statutory rights and is applicable to online purchases.

Please note that this policy does not apply to personalized items or to intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.

Kindly be aware that we cannot accept returned e-liquids without a seal or those that have been used, due to health and safety concerns regarding hygiene.

Returns and exchanges require proof of purchase, which can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice. Remember to include your order number when returning a product.

Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault within 90 days of purchase or delivery, we aim to make the returns or repair process as smooth as possible for you. You'll be offered a repair, exchange, or refund. However, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault in all cases.

Please note that we do not cover faults resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Keep in mind that most manufacturers require the serial number, usually found on the packaging, so it's essential to retain all original packaging for the lifespan of your product.

Damaged Products

Should you discover any damage to your product upon unpacking, you can return it to one of our stores within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to inspection upon receipt of the item(s). You must request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, along with the order number. We highly recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you encounter a missing, damaged, or faulty item in your delivery, please contact us immediately. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe will not be considered, although your statutory rights remain unaffected.
